NHL Ranking by Division

Notes :

Montreal had a very good night, especially in the first half of the game and playing with speed, took off to a 5-1 victory. Jeff Petry and Tomas Tatar have scored doubles, while Jake Evans also hit the target for the Canadiens. The score was indeed 4-0 after 30 minutes of play and even dropped to 5-0 in the 50th. Carey Price made 34 saves, spending the evening frustrating opposing all-star players Connor McDavid and Leon Draisaitl. Only Slater Koekkoek foiled him late in the game, when the loss of the Oilers was no longer in doubt.
