Two goals in power play Joe Pavelski in the 1st period launched the Dallas Stars towards a victory which was confirmed for them in the 2nd third with two other unanswerable goals. The Texans signed a third success in four outings and an 8th victory in their last 11 road games. What makes them find themselves 3rd in the Western Conference which is very competitive this year. Note that the Rangers doorman Henrik Lundqvist got a second start in a row, but had to give up after two periods of play when he allowed four goals in 15 shots.
