If pre-resumption NHL playoff training camps don’t start before July 1, the Vancouver Canucks are not ruling out the possibility of moving their training camp to the United States because of the Canada’s obligation to be quarantined for 14 days for people arriving in the country.
General Manager Jim Benning says he has talked to colleagues from other Canadian teams about the quarantine rules and how it could put them at a disadvantage.
The Premier of the Province of British Columbia recently announced that he would like the city of Vancouver to be designated to host 2020 series games, but said his government will not compromise in territory that has reached to minimize the number of COVID-19 infections.
