On Saturday evening there was a fight at a private address in Mosjøen. The police in Nordland state on Twitter that the situation is unclear, but that it appears that a total of eight people have been involved.
Two people are slightly injured after being cut with a knife. One person has been arrested.
The police are investigating the incident.
The police received a report about the incident at around 9.15pm, says operations manager Ulf Slettan The daily newspaper. Someone at the address reported to the police.
– It seems as if there have been some festivities there, but I don’t know if they were together beforehand, he says, adding that the course of events is currently unclear.
The operations manager states that the police do not have ID on all the people involved. He therefore has no information on age or gender.
The arrested person had left the scene when the police arrived. The arrest went smoothly.
Whether the others have been discharged or not, and whether the two injured have been taken to emergency room, the operations manager cannot yet answer.
