Romerikes Blad received a series of messages from residents in various places in Lørenskog on Friday evening and during the night until Saturday. Everyone says they suddenly lost their water on Friday night.
– Everyone in the building association is out of water. The same goes for the neighborhood association. We are talking about 272 cooperative apartments, the president of the Skåreråsen 2 housing association, Birgit Sørensen, said at midnight.
RB has also received messages from residents of Finstadjordet, Rasta and Fjellhamar.
At 03.30 the municipality announces that the vast majority of residents have had their water restored.
– The leak has now been identified and a small number of residents will be left without water until the leak is fixed. The affected properties have been notified.
Overall, six subscribers are affected.
– Repair work will start immediately. Affected properties will receive water bags and be updated on the situation throughout the day, the council says.
