News – Justice | Fire in a building in Dijon: two people relocated

This Sunday, around 1 p.m., firefighters intervened in the Landes alley, in the district of Fontaine d’Ouche for a fire. The flames came from an apartment on the ground floor of a six-story building. Inside, there were two people who were able to escape unharmed. They were able to take their dog and their cat. These two people will be relocated by the services of the town hall of Dijon.

The firefighters took care of twelve people who were tested to check their carbon monoxide levels. In the end, only one person was transported to the university hospital center in Dijon because he would have felt unwell, but it was not directly linked to his carbon monoxide level.

The flames appeared in the apartment’s bedroom under circumstances that the investigation will have to determine. Twenty-one firefighters intervened on site. They came from the barracks of Transvaal, Center North and Center East.
