Heavy fighting has taken place since the morning on the internationally unrecognized border of Nagorno-Karabakh.
Armenia and Azerbaijan blame each other for starting the war.
Both Nagorno-Karabakh and Armenia and Azerbaijan have declared a state of war.
Both parties report serious damages to the other party.
There are also civilian casualties.
Nagorno-Karabakh has been an independent Armenian republic since the early 1990s, but Azerbaijan considers it its territory.
Nagorno-Karabakh is also considered by the international community to be part of Azerbaijan.
Several countries called on both warring parties for an immediate ceasefire.
Protests continue in Belarus

Namejs 2020 training in progress
Since the end of August, military training “Namejs 2020” has been taking place in Pieriga.

22 new cases of Covid-19 in Latvia
