The experienced lawyer and France expert will be joining on August 1st [lawyer,ID=376,Name=”Dr. Daniel Smyrek”] as a partner at the business law firm HEUSSEN in Stuttgart.
Dr. Smyrek is an expert in commercial law, corporate law and international law. His area of expertise is German-French legal transactions, the economic law of the Maghreb states and the conduct of complex transnational legal proceedings, before state courts as well as before arbitration courts. He is admitted as both a German lawyer and a French avocat à la cour. He is also accredited as an arbitrator at the CMAP in Paris and heads the French Desk in Stuttgart.
Dr. Smyrek comes from the Berlin law firm Alexander & Partner, where he has advised national and international clients as an associated partner for the last six years. Previously, he worked for the respected Stuttgart law firm Diem & Partner for over 12 years.
Dr. Smyrek meets his former colleagues and partners at HEUSSEN [lawyer,ID=280,Name=”Kaan Kalkan”], [lawyer,ID=281,Name=”Roland Kahabka”] and [lawyer,ID=365,Name=”Torsten Prokoph”] . The four lawyers have worked successfully together at the business law firm Diem & Partner for many years.
