Hockey Canada has indicated that for the U20 World Juniors presented in Alberta between December 26, 2020 and January 5, 2021, the national coach will be the Quebecer André Tourigny.
Tourigny was on the staff who led Canada at the 2020 Monsde Junior Championships, as an assistant to coach Dale Hunter, and he held the same position at the 2010, 2011 and 2013 CMJ.
Note that Canada will evolve in Group A along with Finland, Slovakia, Germany and Switzerland. This group’s initial round matches will be played at Rogers Place in Edmonton.
