A new infection was reported in Freiburg in the past two days. Over the past week, the region has seen fewer infections than it has for a long time.

- In Freiburg and in the Breisgau-Hochschwarzwald district, according to the district office, so far 2126 people (+1) demonstrably infected with the corona virus (as of Wednesday, 11 a.m.). Since the epidemic in Freiburg, 978 (+1) infections have been identified, 1148 (unchanged) in the Breisgau-Hochschwarzwald district. The vast majority of demonstrably ill people in both circles have recovered.
