Police and over 70 volunteer crews searched for the missing.

Police launched Sunday night a major search operation after a woman at Øvsttun in Fana.
The demented woman in her 50s had been missing from her home in the area since the morning hours. Around 2145, the police were notified that she had recovered.
– A taxi driver found her outside the emergency room at Haukeland and took her inside, says operations manager Per Algrøy in the West police district.
The woman is described as awake and conscious. She is supervised by health personnel at the hospital.
– We have talked to her, Algrøy states.
Searched in Bergen south
53 people from the Red Cross participated in the search, in addition to twelve from Norwegian Rescue Dogs and seven from Norwegian People’s Aid.
An application was made in a larger area in Bergen south. Among other places in the areas Øvsttun, Smørås, Nesttun, Dyngeland and Totland.
Helicopter was ordered
At 2140, the police informed BA that a rescue helicopter would be put into the search, but the woman was found shortly after.
The missing person was last seen on Sunday morning when she left her home just before 0800. The police and relatives were worried about her.
– She is well dressed, but has been gone for many hours now and should definitely be found, said operations manager Per Algrøy in the West police district when the search operation was stepped up.
