At the initiative of the Cameroon Development Committee CODECAM, a Belgian-Cameroonian non-profit and apolitical civil society organization in partnership with the Economic Community of Central African States (ECCAS), a group of men from Cameroonian Affairs will carry out a mission from July 2 to 9 The City of KORTRIJK in Belgium.
This is to further contribute to the strengthening of the African Continental Free Trade Area (ZLECAF for the strengthening of trade and economic cooperation.
The objective being to put, through contacts of B to B partnerships between the Companies of the South and those of the North for a synergy and an integration of the economies in a world which wants from now on to be a planetary village. The theme of this edition is “PROMOTING INVESTMENT IN AFRICA AND PARTNERSHIPS BETWEEN AFRICAN AND EUROPEAN COMPANIES”
As preparations for this meeting, a seminar was organized in Douala, the economic capital of Cameroon and the economic heart of the country. For the secretary general of CODECAM and essential focal point of the organization, “It is fundamentally a question, by the organization of this African economic mission, of channeling the various investors, the companies, the technical and financial partners, of presenting the business opportunities in Africa, and to share a rich experience of the dual North-South culture with government authorities, diplomats, entrepreneurs, business leaders, promoters of SMEs/SMIs, with a view to mastery of the field of investments and the business climate, in accordance with the strategic orientations defined by the governmental authorities for a better integration into African, European and world markets, taking into account globalization, as well as the visions of the UN relating to the Goals Sustainable Development (SDG) by 2030”.
