Information on the property tax reform
All owners of developed or undeveloped land (real estate) or of an agricultural and forestry business or of land used for agricultural and forestry use are required to submit a declaration of determination of the tax value of the property electronically to the responsible person (in short: statement of determination) submit to the tax office.
From July 2022 you will have the option of submitting declarations electronically via “MeinELSTER”. https://www.elster.de
The statement of assessment must be presented to the competent Revenue Agency by 31 October 2022.
