The National Meteorological Center forecasts moderate to heavy thunderstorms, with torrential rain, in most regions of the Kingdom, starting tomorrow evening, Monday, through next Wednesday.
The center said the rainy weather includes parts of Tabuk region including Al-Wajh, Daba, Haql, Neom, Sharma, Umluj and Taima as well as the northern border region, most of Al-Jawf region and the Medina region.
He predicted that this situation will include Hail region, Makkah Al-Mukarramah, Jeddah Governorate, Rabigh, Taif, Al-Jumum, Al-Kamil, Khulais and Al-Laith, indicating that opportunity is ripe for moderate rainfall in some parts of Al-Qassim Region, the Eastern Region and Hafar Al-Batin.
He added that the opportunity is still ripe for thunderstorms accompanied by active winds in parts of the southern regions of Mecca Al-Mukarramah, such as Al-Qunfudhah, Al-Ardiyat, as well as the eastern heights of Asir, Jazan, Al -Baha and the northwestern parts of the Riyadh region, such as Afif, Al-Dawadmi, Al-Majma’a, Al-Zulfi and Al-Ghat.
He urged everyone to keep away from valleys and torrents of torrential rain, to follow the weather forecast and to listen to the indications of the civil protection.
