The Ministry of Health apologized, in a letter to its employees, for the failure of the Mawared system for leave and assignments for the Ministry’s employees.
The ministry expressed its apology for the instability of the system during the current period, stressing that it is working to permanently solve technical problems, improve performance and raise the efficiency of the services provided, in addition to developing new features and services.
She explained that the self-services in the “Mawared” system will be available during the evening period temporarily until the completion of the repairs.
A number of health workers had complained, via “News 24”, about the Resource system down 13 days agodemanding to fix the malfunction and restart the system due to the disruption of their interests.
