A young man in his thirties died and some of his companions were struck by lightning.
And the young man’s father, Khaled Al-Ghamdi, said:News 24“His son went out on a wild picnic to enjoy the atmosphere with a number of his companions, and after they had eaten, the place where they were sitting was struck by lightning.
He added that his son died, while some of his friends were injured by lightning and were later taken to Al-Makhwah hospital.
Al-Ghamdi said his son had graduated from university and was waiting for work, noting that his body was buried today (Saturday), asking everyone to pray for his son.
