The Ministry of Health has advised to follow a group of diets that contain less than 100 calories and do not cause an increase in fat and an increase in body weight.
The ministry explained that these meals include 2 cups of strawberries, half an avocado, 3 cups of popcorn, half a cup of oats and a cup of watermelon.
He added that the meals also include an orange, a cup of berries, a handful of almonds, 20 pistachios, and an egg.
