The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development confirmed that a Gulf citizen is treated like a Saudi in terms of working in professions reserved for citizens.
The ministry said that a Gulf citizen can work in all activities and professions reserved for Saudis and is calculated as one in the Saudi rate.
The Minister of Human Resources and Social Development, Ing. Ahmed Al-Rajhi, recently issued a decision to locate 35% of the consulting professions and firms starting from 4-6-2023.
