The Minister of Human Resources and Social Development, Ahmed bin Sulaiman Al-Rajhi, confirmed that the ministry is targeting 11 new Emiratization decisions by the end of the current year 2022, including the professions of project management, procurement and food and pharmaceutical sector.

Al-Rajhi explained, during his meeting today (Sunday), with businessmen and women of the Riyadh Chamber of Commerce and Industry, that the resettlement decisions of sectors, activities and professions have contributed to the increase in the number of citizens working in the private sector to more than 2.13 million male and female citizens, and the reduction of the unemployment rate to 9.7%, and the increase in the number of citizens working in the private sector. economic participation of women is 35.6%.

He pointed out that the compliance rate of private sector establishments with the labor system and its regulations reached 98% during this year and that more than 74% of business cases are resolved amicably, indicating that the compliance rate in the wage protection program has reached nearly 80% and over 3.8 million employment contracts in the Tawtheeq program and electronic contract digitization.

It noted that the number of services provided in (Qiwa platform) has reached 127 services, serving more than 3 million users and more than one million businesses. It also provides more than 700,000 services per month to beneficiaries without the need to visit service offices, explaining that the Ministry has expanded the services of (Musaned Platform) from one service to more than 35 100% automated services, serving more than two millions of beneficiaries.
