The Ministry of Health has again warned of dehydration during the winter season, which results from a lack of drinking water and liquids, indicating the most obvious signs of infection.
The ministry indicated that signs of dehydration in children and adults include feeling thirsty, dizzy or lightheaded, feeling tired, dry eyes and lips, as well as urinating less than 4 times during the day or urinating with a yellow color dark and a strong smell.
He added that to have a healthy, dehydration-free winter, at least two liters of water should be drunk a day, and he also advised adding fluids to meals.
