It is also advisable to use a skin hydration machine, after making sure it is clean of bacteria and fungi, and to choose fabrics suitable for your skin type and made with natural fibers such as cotton and silk, which let the skin breathe. preferring to use cleansers that do not contain dyes or fragrances, which can irritate the skin. .
