The Health Council recommended following 3 ways to prevent functional indigestion, for a better healthy life, especially since 70% of the immune system is located in the alimentary canal.
The council emphasized the importance of avoiding eating 3 to 4 hours before bedtime, eating small meals, chewing food well, in addition to reducing hot spices and eating foods that contain fat.
He called for regular physical activity, such as walking, to reduce bouts of anxiety and depression.
