News 24 | Gulf Health: 8 healthy habits you can include in your routine

The Gulf Health Council has reviewed some healthy habits that can be included in the usual routine.

The council explained that the most important of these habits is to limit 10 minutes per day to stretching and 30 minutes per week to read, plus 3 days of exercise, with a glass of water upon waking.

She stressed the need to eat fruit for breakfast and plan activities at the start of each week, as well as limit exposure to sunlight for 10 minutes for 3 days a week and use the stairs instead of the elevator.
