Jeddah Governorate Education Department announced today (Thursday) the suspension of studies in all schools in Jeddah, Rabigh and Khulais governorates due to weather conditions, and Jeddah University also announced the postponement of studies in all its headquarters and branches .
The administration has specified that exams will be postponed in all public and private schools, as long as they take place on Thursday, corresponding to 5/14/1444 AH of the second semester, and are held within school hours.
He added that the postponement came to preserve the safety of the students, after reports received by the National Meteorological Center on the expected rain situation today.
King Abdulaziz University in Jeddah said all students’ exams were postponed today (Thursday) and alternative exam dates will be scheduled soon.
