And about the food that was admired by foreign visitors, Al-Hudhaili said that she specialized in providing traditional folk food, for the most famous dishes with their small details without change, and that they are inspired by every Saudi home.

And she indicated that the spices distinguish each dish, as the weight is essential, and accuracy in making is a requirement, and that the visitors admired the Saudi dishes a lot, because they are distinctive, and some of them are not found in the Gulf countries, such as sports groats, rice and Al-Hasawi flakes, all of which are from natural resources.

These traditional dishes remain an authentic expression of the identity of the Kingdom, in all its land, and this also introduces generations, residents and visitors to the importance of this heritage, which has been immortal for many centuries.
