The police of the Asir region announced the completion of legal procedures to try to prevent a competent authority from implementing a judicial sentence by documenting and publishing it.

The media spokesman for the Asir police explained that while there was a competent authority to enforce a court ruling, the sister of the offender went to the scene and tried to prevent the execution.

The spokesperson added that the author’s sister against her also documented an attempt to prevent her from carrying out the sentence and published it, and legal proceedings against her are nearing completion.
