Al-Sheikh explained that the digital portal of the Ministry’s branch in Makkah Al-Mukarramah region aims to automate the work of the Ministry’s branch by receiving and following up on departmental services and requests received electronically. The project contributes to saving more than 50% of consumption and the ease of controlling all components of the floors from one place through a touch screen and simple and easy-to-handle graphical interfaces and the ability to monitor any excess or defect in the mosque and report it automatically by issuing alerts, and the possibility of obtaining statistical reports of operating and consumption rates, and the possibility Monitoring and linking the status of mosques through a mobile application that connects wirelessly to the mosque network.
