The committee said, in an official statement, that the appeal file submitted by Al-Nasr Club challenging the decision of the Disciplinary and Ethics Committee on January 8, 2023, issued regarding Al-Nasr’s protest due to the participation of Al-Hilal player Mohamed Ibrahim Kno, was rejected in terms of the matter, and the decision of the Disciplinary and Ethics Committee was upheld.
The committee indicated that the appeal fees paid to the account of the Saudi Football Association will be confiscated pursuant to Article (143/3) of the Disciplinary and Ethics Regulations, and that the decision is subject to appeal in accordance with paragraph (1) of Article (60) of the statute of the Saudi Football Association.
The complaint came due to the participation of Muhammad Kno with his team, Al-Hilal, in front of Al-Nasr, in the match that was held on December 26, 2022, as part of the Saudi Roshan League competition for the 2022-2023 sports season.
