The city indicated that those suffering from bloating and gas should eat oats regularly, in addition to eating a tablespoon of whole or ground flax a day.
He added that you should avoid eating hard-to-digest foods like cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower, beans, onions, and nuts, and avoid drinking mint and products that contain an artificial sweetener (sorbitol).
