Swiss Post is also using all means at its disposal to attract apprenticeship seekers: In order to make young people aware of the wide range of opportunities for starting a career at Swiss Post, the post office is launching the “Jump in” campaign.
It shows the diversity of 19 different apprenticeships that one can pursue as an apprentice at the post office, according to the press release from the Neu agency.
The Swiss Post developed “Jump in” together with the creative agency Neu. The result is a campaign platform. The core of the campaign platform is an interactive film, which was implemented by the agency Pas Mal from concept to direction to production.
The campaign is designed for use on various social media platforms from TikTok to Snapchat, on gaming apps and DOOHs in order to reach as many young people as possible throughout Switzerland.
However, Swiss Post also relies on direct contact with young people. At career fairs and during school visits, interested parties can exchange ideas with trainees and Swiss Post employees.
On the Swiss Post’s landing page, young people can apply for the 750 apprenticeships available across Switzerland.
