PRIANGAN ZONE – A star who new found it only takes four years to travel around black hole at the center of our galaxy. Around black hole At the center of our galaxy is a dense cluster of stars. This cluster, called the S cluster, is home to more than a hundred stars that differ in brightness and mass. Bintang S moves very fast.
“One of the leading members, S2, behaves like the big man sitting across from you in the cinema: it blocks your view of what’s important,” said Dr Florian Peissker, lead author of the study. newquoted by ZonaPriangan.com from NDTV.
“The view of the center of our galaxy is therefore often obscured by S2. However, in a short time we can observe the surroundings of the center black hole,” he added.

Through constantly refined analytical methods, along with observations spanning nearly twenty years, scientists were able to identify a star moving around black hole supermassive center in just four years.
A total of five telescopes observe the star, with four of these five combined into one large telescope to allow for more accurate and detailed observations.
“For a star that is in a stable orbit so close and fast around black hole supermassive, completely unexpected and marks the limit that can be observed with traditional telescopes,” said Peissker.
In addition, this discovery explains the origin and evolution of the orbits of fast-moving stars in the heart Milky Way.
