The Newfoundland and Labrador Folk Festival is back for its 47th year and promises to be bigger than ever before! Running from July 7th to July 9th in Bannerman Park, the festival will feature a diverse lineup of acts from across the country, including the U.S. and the Yukon. Keeping the tradition alive, Folk Arts Society President Anna Brophy stressed the importance of corporate partnerships and sponsors like Equinor Canada. The company’s local director, Tore Loseth, praised the festival’s important role in preserving Newfoundland’s rich history, culture, and heritage.
