The Armed Criminal Group (KKB) again displays the latest photos Pilot Susi Air, Philip Mark Mehrtens, after 8 months it is not shown. Philip appeared with the latest appearance.
Reported detikSulsel, Wednesday (27/12/2023), the Susi Air pilot was seen taking a photo with KKB leader Egianus Kogoya. Philip wore a black t-shirt, jacket and shorts.
The newest thing about Philip’s appearance is that he now has a long beard. His hair also looks long.
Meanwhile, Egianus was seen wearing a singlet t-shirt and black shorts. Egianus also wore sunglasses and a red headband.
In the photo, Philip and Egianus are both posing in a commando greeting. The two of them took photos with a forest background.
Head of the Cartenz Peace Task Force, Commissioner Faizal Ramadhani, confirmed the circulation of Philip’s latest photo. According to Faizal, the pilot, who has been held hostage since February 7 2023, is still with Egianus, even though information previously circulated that the pilot was no longer with Egianus.
“This is indeed the latest photo,” said Commissioner Faizal when asked for confirmation.
Faizal revealed that the process of releasing the Susi Air pilot was still ongoing. The authorities are currently prioritizing a soft approach.
“In terms of law enforcement operations, Operation Peace Cartenz is involved, but what is put forward is a soft approach. At least so far, for at least the last 6 months,” he concluded.
