SG Oldenburg/Göhl – MTV Dänischenhagen (Sun., 3 p.m.)

Jens Theuerkauf (Oldenburg): “On Sunday we will make our long-awaited home debut in the association league. This weekend is also the debut of a competitive match for the Schuhmacher family, the new operators of the sports center in Göhl. The test matches already showed that this will be a success story. We want to have this success again on Sunday against Dänischenhagen. An opponent that we will probably have to beat at home on the way to staying in the league. The injury list has been expanded by two regular players, our captain Christian Matzen and Lars Brunner. Marcel Schröder and Dennis Kowski are back. We may not be able to draw on our full strength, but we have a team at our disposal that will score the first three points at home. The boys are fired up and want to show the home crowd in Göhl that they are rightly district league champions and proud association league team.”
