As a person relatively experienced in insolvency law, I assumed that it would be assessed responsibly – not only for the benefit of the debtor, but mainly so that creditors get the highest possible money. And so far it has turned out that no one is talking to me at all.

I admit that I don’t understand it at all, because by making a higher offer, I will satisfy the creditors better, and it certainly cannot be an obstructive act. You have an apple and someone offers you a crown for it and someone two. Then you sell it to whoever gives two.

What are your plans with Kara if you manage to buy her?
It’s an interesting brand, it definitely has a future. The product has a serious reputation and I intend to build on it.
How do you want to solve the problem that Kara paid for, namely that she has insufficient sales in the online?
It’s about having to diversify more, have special editions and so on.

I don’t know him personally. The situation is confusing for me.
What do you think will be the fate of your redemption request?
I expect the creditors’ committee to follow what the law requires. This means that he will prefer the most advantageous offer.
