“New York’s Rat Czar Battles the City’s Long-Standing Rodent Problem”

The new “rat czarina” of New York, Kathleen Corradi, in charge of putting an end to the rodents that impose their law in the Big Apple, assures that “rats have been part of the urban fabric of the city for more than 200 years ” so the fight against these uncomfortable neighbors is hard. Corradi insists that it will take “serious behavior change among New Yorkers and being equipped and educated in this fight, in addition to the resources the city is putting into place, to achieve large-scale, long-term sustainable change,” she said. For example, Corradi – who ran for the position that required “killer instinct” and “bloodlust” to fight the “rodent enemy” explains that it will be necessary for everyone to throw their organic waste into the new brown compost bins, that began to be distributed in some neighborhoods of the city.
