New York’s LaGuardia Airport debuted its new Chase Sapphire Lounge on Tuesday, offering passengers premium amenities such as caviar, facials and cocktails.

The Chase Sapphire Lounge is located in the newly remodeled Terminal B, where passengers from airlines such as Air Canada, American, Southwest, United and Jetblue arrive. It is open from 4:30 am to 9:30 pm daily.

The living room has no windows or natural light, but the high ceilings, tree trunk pillars, and greenery create a spacious, garden-like feel. It has plush sofas, oversized chairs, plus built-in power outlets with USB-A and USB-C power ports.

It offers a family area and is adjacent to a children’s game room. It also offers retro games, complete with a jukebox, pinball, and shuffleboard. On the wellness front you have several free 30-minute treatments from Face Haus, a woman-owned facial bar.

On the other hand, Chase Sapphire Lounge has two curtained seating modules that can be reserved for 30-minute periods. In the main living area is a workspace, which is relaxing thanks to an electric fireplace and select artwork from the JPMorgan Chase Art Collection, inspired by New York City.

It also has an elegant 360-degree bar, a buffet area with an open kitchen concept, which allows you to watch the chefs prepare the food.

On the second floor there are three private rooms. Each suite is a private living room, with a beverage and snack bar, mirror TV with video games, and a private bathroom with a spa-like shower. Plus an exclusive menu from New York City restaurant Jeffrey’s Grocery, featuring dishes like lobster rolls and latkes with smoked salmon and poached eggs. The suite includes an exclusive caviar service.

As reported REPORTUR.usIn September 2022, US airlines were having problems due to overcrowding in VIP lounges, especially Delta, American and United. Some passengers attribute this to the entry they have given to several credit cards to have a place in these spaces. (Delta, American and United: travelers complain about full VIP lounges).

«It is not a particular airline. United, Delta, Alaska, they are all full,” said Matthew Klint, a frequent traveler who writes the blog Live and Let’s Fly. «They are also credit card lounges. And also abroad. Turkish, Lufthansa, BA”, as Travel Weekly reported.
