In order to encourage vaccination against covid-19, New York City and a hamburger chain agreed to give away French fries to those who go to inoculation points installed throughout the city.
The announcement came from the New York mayor Bill de Blasio, who announced it during a press conference, in which he ate one of the hamburgers from Shake Sack, the fast food company born in the Big Apple.
New York advances with the inoculation of the population but there are still thousands that did not join the campaign. President Joe Biden expects to reach 160 million vaccinated until July 4, Independence Day of that country.
