New York Weekend Weather Update: Heavy Rainfall and Snow Expected, Flood Watches in Effect

Since Saturday night, the heavy rainfall that was expected for this weekend beganas New Yorkers’ clocks adjust to the new time.

Up to two inches of rain will fall Sunday night as clocks move forward one hour for the seasonal start of daylight saving time. which started at 2:00 in the morning.
