New York to distribute more COVID-19 test kits

Starting today, New Yorkers will be able to more easily access COVID-19 test kits.

Fourteen cultural centers and 27 branches of public libraries throughout the city will deliver kits of free and home tests.

The NYC Test & Trace Corps has partnered with these entities to deliver tests to homes on a weekly basis.

Testing packets will be distributed to the public on a first-come, first-served basis and there will be a limit of one test per person.

Drop-off points include the American Museum of Natural History, the El Barrio Museum in Manhattan, the Queens Botanical Garden and the Bronx Museum of the Arts.
