New York through the eyes of Bernard Hébert

Anne’s workshop within the MID, Manufacture d’IDées, in the premises of Athezza at Mas de Méze invites you to discover the city through the eyes of the passionate traveler who has always been, Bernard Hébert was particularly interested in the Africa, the Maghreb and Morocco where he stays regularly.

Also a photographer for film and theater sets, the artist has worked with Alain Milianti, Raoul Ruiz and Amos Gitai.

He has long collaborated with the Maison de la Culture in Le Havre (Le Volcan) and the National Stage in Fécamp.

His works on nocturnes and portraits of artists have been the subject of numerous exhibitions and several editions.

The exhibition invites you to discover a city “stimulating ground, where fortuitous moments and snapshots become the revealed images of a long-awaited desire.”
