New York: the age of cathedrals!

To set out to conquer America, Daniel Lavoie is present. 25 years ago, for the beginnings of the work, it was already him who embodied Frollo. “It’s still very pleasant for me, who is a francophone from Western Canada and who has always fought for his language, (…) to sing in French in New York. That’s my greatest pleasure since I’ve been here,” he says. Other actors are much less experienced. Some of the group’s dancers discover New York for the first time.
