New York Stock Exchange starts in the red, concerned about inflation

The New York Stock Exchange opened lower on Tuesday, still concerned about inflation and monetary tightening by the US central bank (Federal Reserve, Fed), to which was added the profit warning from distributor Target.

In the first exchanges, the Dow Jones conceded 0.71%, the Nasdaq index, with strong technological coloring, lost 1.22%, and the broader S&P 500 index fell by 0.88%.
