One of the previews in his gallery showed a genitalia, presumably that of the actor himself. He quickly realized that he had shared a little too much and took the video offline, but screenshots of it were already circulating on social media.

People then chose, according to the New York Post, to put the Marvel actor in the waiting room and go for another candidate, Michael B. Jordan. The magazine has voted the Sexiest Man Alive every year since 1985. The first time the credit went to Mel Gibson, over the years Tom Cruise, Patrick Swayze, Denzel Washington, JFK Jr. and Idris Elba have graced the accompanying cover of People. Four actors were even voted Sexiest Man Alive twice: Brad Pitt, Johnny Depp, George Clooney and Richard Gere.
