A woman was significantly hurt following remaining strike by a car and impaled on a steel fence in the Bronx on Friday night, law enforcement explained.
The 59-calendar year-old was strolling down the road soon after 6:30 pm when she was strike by a grey Lexus SUV outside 2040 Bronxdale Ave. in Pelham Parkway, cops said.
The car or truck forced the girl into a fence, impaling her as the auto ongoing to advance till it hit the building, law enforcement sources claimed.

EMS transported the woman to Jacobi Healthcare facility, exactly where she is in vital situation, police explained. The driver was also taken to Jacobi medical center and is in stable condition.
Police reported the incident appeared to be accidental and no crime was suspected at the time.
