Series New York, Judicial Police (Law and Order), arrested eleven years ago, will make a comeback on television. NBC Studios have announced they will resurrect their hit soap opera for a 21st season, the site reports USA Today.
“There are very few things in life that are, strictly speaking, dreams that come true. This is mine,” commented series creator and executive producer Dick Wolf, who will be working on this project. .
A plot that will pick up where it left off
The plot of the series, abruptly canceled in 2010 after 20 seasons on NBC, will pick up where it left off. It is not yet clear which actors (and characters) will be returning – while the cast has kept evolving over the years, the last few seasons had Sam Waterston, Anthony Anderson, Jeremy Sisto, S. Epatha Merkerson, Linus Roache and Alana De La Garza for headliners.
