The Park Avenue Zoo: Animal Sculpture Show in New York
Exotic animals have recently been spotted on Park Avenue in New York: from gorillas to mammoths and even a dinosaur, these animals adorn the green center stripe of the street in Manhattan. These are sculptures that are part of an exhibition.

New York.New York’s famous Park Avenue has become an art zoo: several animal sculptures, including gorillas, a crocodile, a mammoth and a dinosaur, have been on display on the green median strip in the middle of Manhattan until February 2023. The French artist Idriss B. created the colorful sculptures. “Welcome to the Zoo on Park Avenue,” said the local neighborhood organization that commissioned the artist to do the work.

It is the first such action on the southern part of the famous Park Avenue. On other sections of the street and other larger streets of the metropolis, there have often been similar art actions.
