Quebec bus manufacturer Nova Bus is continuing its expansion in the United States with a new order for five LFSe + electric buses for the New York State Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA).

The purchase of these five LFSe + buses is part of the MTA’s goal to convert the entire fleet of 5,800 buses into zero-emission vehicles by 2040. The buses will be assembled at the Nova Bus plant in Plattsburgh, New York, he said. the Quebec company in a press release. The first delivery is expected by the fourth quarter of 2023.
