A building at a New York nursing home collapsed after a massive fire ripped through the facility early Tuesday, according to video from the scene.
WCBS host Steve Scott tweeted that no one was injured in the fire at Evergreen Court, an assisted living facility in Spring Valley.
Previous reports indicated that people may be trapped inside. First responders were seen evacuating people from inside the building, the videos showed. Scott added that all the seniors were safe and were transferred to another facility.

Eyewitness Mark Kennedy posted photos and videos of the fire on social media, which could be seen from miles away.
“The fire probably lasted about two hours, or maybe longer, before the building collapsed,” he told Insider.

The New York City Fire Department and a helicopter were also called in to help fight the blaze, the Belaaz news outlet reported.
Evergreen Court is listed online as an assisted living facility with more than 200 beds.
