New York Mayor Eric Adams received federal subpoenas last month, according to the New York Times

New York Mayor Eric Adams and his campaign received a new round of subpoenas in July to appear before a federal grand jury as part of a long-running corruption probe, The New York Times reported Thursday, citing anonymous sources with knowledge of the matter.

Federal investigators are investigating whether Adams’ campaign team for the 2021 election conspired with a Brooklyn construction company and the Turkish government to illegally receive foreign donations, the New York Times previously reported.
